One of news on the cover of this week edition of City People magazine says the over-zealousness of some ambitious pastors in the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) over their insistence that Pastor Enoch Adeboye resigns as the General Overseer of the church is taking another turn.
According to the report, since Pastor Adeboye popularly called Daddy G.O by his members' turned 70 in March 2012, some young pastors have been putting pressure on the revered man of God to vacate the post of the G.O as it is the custom of the church for any serving official to retire when they clock 70 years of age.
But the food poisoning story dimension seems to be a scary one, anybody who is desperate to take another person’s life to reach a spiritual position is not fit to be a pastor in the first place.
Who in this world would be happy to be responsible for Pastor Adeboye’s death?
We however, bless God for his faithfulness and mercy on his servant, the scriptures in Mark 16:18 Says - they will pick up snakes with their hands; and when they drink deadly poison, it will not hurt them at all; they will place their hands on sick people, and they will get well."

ReplyDeleteThe men of the bible that of a true heart and spirit walked with God, they are never destroyed and nothing could overcome them, so i can so very sure nothing is going to overcome God's servant pastor EA Adeboye, He might also probably be transfigured into the heavens like Jesus and Elijah, i only hope the dimension of grace in new creation will allow, that. But God is at work in the life of his anointed, the anointed can never be grounded.
